A graduate of the University of Manchester, Lee joined NWL in 1994 following successful completion of the LSF course at the College of Law Chester. He is involved in preparation of Civil Bills of Costs, predominantly in major litigation, specialises in Clinical and Professional Negligence work and is nominated draftsman for Class Actions including the Hepatitis C litigation. Lee has experience of dealing with very large Multi-Party Litigation for both Claimants and Defendants. He also deals with preparation of Points of Dispute and Replies, and has wide advocacy experience.
