Tim is a graduate in Law from the University of Leeds and has gained more than 20 years experience in legal costs since joining NWL in 1984. He is a Fellow of The Association of Law Costs Draftsmen.

Although Tim is involved in the preparation of a diverse range of Civil Bills of Costs, his position as a senior Fee Earner within the Company’s Civil Billing Department and his considerable experience means that he often prepares Bills of Costs in large and complex matters.

Tim also has considerable advocacy experience in dealing with a wide range of matters including general personal injury and clinical negligence work.
