Phil has more than 15 years experience and is qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen. He joined NWL in November 1997. Phil is a member of the NWL Civil Department, dealing with the drafting of all types of Civil Litigation Bills of Costs and Court of Protection Bills.

As well as his senior role within the Civil Department, Phil also manages the Matrimonial Department and provides a comprehensive matrimonial/family consultancy service, which includes negotiation, preparation of Points of Dispute and Reply and a full advocacy service.
