Caroline graduated from Keele University
with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law and American Studies
in 1990 and, following successful completion of
the LPC course at the College of Law, Christleton,
Chester in 1992, Caroline completed her 2 years
training to qualify as a Solicitor in September
1994. Following a career break, Caroline began
costing in 1998 in general practice, gaining a
wide ranging experience in drafting all types
of Bills of Costs, preparing Points of Dispute
and Replies and attending Detailed Assessment
Hearings.
Caroline joined NWL in March 2003
and has over eight years of costing experience.
Caroline currently specialises in the preparation
of Civil Bills of Costs including Personal Injury
Claims, Asbestosis Claims and Court of Protection.
Caroline became an Associate Member of the Association
of Law Costs Draftsmen having successfully completed
the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen examination
in October 2005.
